The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. For longer bookings, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.
• Noise & Parties: Please respect the building’s quiet hours and no-party policy. This is a residential community, and we ask all guests to be mindful of the neighbours.
• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by noon. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request.
• Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
• Weekly cleaning available for long-term stays (additional charge).
• A copy of your passport or Emirates ID may be required for building security registration, as per Dubai regulations.
